TechGen Metals exploration update at Ida Valley project

TechGen Metals Limited (ASX:$TG1) has provided an exploration update on its 100% owned Ida Valley Lithium Project in Western Australia. The project, located 50km north along strike from Delta Lithium's Mt Ida Lithium deposit, comprises two granted Exploration Licences, E29/1053 and E36/1015, within the Norseman-Wiluna Greenstone Belt.

TechGen's Managing Director, Ashley Hood, stated, 'Quickly following on from the review of previous soil data that identified Lithium and Caesium soil anomalies only a matter of a few weeks ago, a field inspection was completed that successfully identified a large and previously unidentified pegmatite field. The pegmatite field at the Northwest target has size and scale potential being approximately 2.2km X 1km in area and open in all directions.' Hood added, 'An inaugural RC drilling campaign in Q1 2024 will determine the Lithium, Caesium and Tantalum ratios in the fresh pegmatites. Every bit of planning to make this possible in such a short timeframe is underway, well maintained station access tracks are only a couple of hundred meters from the pegmatite field, giving us another early advantage of getting boots and drill rigs on the ground.'
