Alligator Energy Ltd (ASX:$AGE) has announced its strategic investment in EnviroCopper Ltd ('ECL'), providing exposure to ECL's South Australian In-Situ Recovery ('ISR') copper project portfolio. The initial investment of ~$0.9M for 7.8% of ECL includes an exclusive option to further invest and acquire up to 50.1% of the company over the next ~4 years.
