Lithium Plus Minerals Limited (ASX:LPM) has reported successful results from the latest round of follow-up drilling at the Perseverance Prospect, Kings Landing Area of the Bynoe Lithium Project. The company completed a four-hole reverse circulation drilling program, with assay results from two holes intersecting significant spodumene mineralization. The program has extended the high-grade interval drilled earlier this year, and the company remains on-track for the declaration of a maiden high-grade lithium resource at Lei this quarter.
With our maiden Resource Estimate imminent at the Lei Prospect, further exploration success returned from drilling results from our concurrent drilling campaign at Perseverance is starting to firm as the next priority focus area for the Company in defining new Resources. We look forward to returning to Kings Landing as soon as the 2024 field season commences to aggressively pursue the ongoing drilling program.
The latest drilling program at the Perseverance Prospect has delivered encouraging results, with significant spodumene mineralization intersected in multiple holes. The success at Perseverance warrants expanded follow-up drilling to define the extent of high-grade spodumene mineralization, which is improving in width and grade at depth. The company remains focused on declaring a maiden high-grade lithium resource at Lei this quarter and is optimistic about the ongoing drilling program at Kings Landing in 2024. The Bynoe region's historical pegmatites and the newly defined Kings Landing exploration area present promising opportunities for Lithium Plus Minerals' future exploration and resource definition efforts.
