Zinc of Ireland's Expansion into Lithium Exploration


Zinc of Ireland NL (ASX: $ZMI) has expanded its operations by acquiring a 1380km2 Lithium Exploration Project in the prolific Superior Province, Manitoba, Canada. Through its subsidiary Avignon Resources Pty Ltd (ARPL) Canada, the company has been granted seven Mining Claims covering 1792 Ha and six Mineral Exploration Licences, with an additional four MEL areas currently under application. Field exploration is scheduled to commence in May 2024, with a focus on identifying outcropping pegmatites and delineating suitable structural and lithological regimes for emplacement.
