Deep Yellow Limited (ASX: $DYL) has requested a trading halt in accordance with Listing Rule 17.1. The company is finalizing arrangements for a capital raising and anticipates that the trading halt will be required until the earlier of the commencement of trading on Monday, 11 March 2024, or the release of an announcement regarding the capital raising.
Company Secretary's Trading Halt Request Statement
Deep Yellow Limited (ASX: $DYL) has requested a trading halt as it finalizes arrangements for a capital raising. The company anticipates the trading halt to be in place until the announcement of the capital raising. Deep Yellow is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted, nor of any other information relevant to this request. This request has been made in accordance with Listing Rule 17.1.
