Holista Colltech requests trading halt
Holista Colltech Limited (ASX: $HCT) has requested a trading halt from ASX in relation to its ordinary shares. The trading halt is requested pending the release of an announcement regarding the outcome of the Federal Court Hearing judgment, which is scheduled for 12:30pm today in relation to the ASIC's civil penalty proceedings against the Company.
Company Secretary's Request for Trading Halt
Holista Colltech requests an immediate trading halt be granted by ASX in respect of its ordinary shares. The trading halt is requested pending the release of an announcement regarding the outcome of the Federal Court Hearing judgment which is scheduled for 12:30pm today in relation to the ASIC's civil penalty proceedings against the Company.
Trading Halt Request and Federal Court Hearing Outcome
Holista Colltech Limited (ASX: $HCT) has requested a trading halt from ASX in relation to its ordinary shares pending the release of an announcement regarding the outcome of the Federal Court Hearing judgment. The outcome of the Federal Court Hearing judgment, scheduled for 12:30pm today, is in relation to the ASIC's civil penalty proceedings against the Company. The trading halt is requested to continue until the earlier of commencing of normal trading on 21 March 2024 and when Holista Colltech makes an announcement to the market and requests the trading halt be lifted.
