Zeus Resources Limited (ASX: $ZEU) has been suspended from quotation under Listing Rule 17.3 due to a failure to respond to ASX queries regarding ZEU's compliance with section 201A(2) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth). The suspension will continue until ZEU has addressed ASX's queries and meets the requirements for reinstatement to quotation.
ASX Compliance Announcement
The securities of Zeus Resources Limited have been suspended from quotation as a result of the company's failure to respond to ASX queries concerning its compliance with section 201A(2) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).
