Haranga Resources Limited (ASX: $HAR) has announced the progressive pXRF results of its RC drilling campaign at the Saraya Uranium project. The company's Managing Director, Mr. Peter Batten, expressed satisfaction with the latest pXRF results, which are extending the positive results previously reported for Saraya. Samples from the final 19 RC holes at Saraya have been completed and are in transit to ALS Laboratories in Canada for assaying, with the results expected to allow for a revision of the Mineral Resource Estimation for the Saraya Uranium deposit.
The latest pXRF results from the extensional RC drilling are extending the positive results previously reported for Saraya. All samples have now been delivered to ALS in Canada and we look forward to the assay results, that will allow for a revision of the Mineral Resource Estimation for the Saraya Uranium deposit. The RC drill results from the previously defined Sanela anomaly, are the first mineralisation intersected in drilling by Haranga and will require follow up at a later date.
The RC drilling program at Saraya has confirmed further uranium mineralisation, with samples from the final 19 RC holes in transit to ALS Laboratories in Canada for assaying. The company is optimistic about the potential revision of the Mineral Resource Estimation for the Saraya Uranium deposit based on the assay results. The RC drill results from the Sanela anomaly mark the first mineralisation intersected in drilling by Haranga, indicating the need for follow-up exploration. The company's ongoing work includes the return of the auger rig to Diobi, Mandankoly, and Sanela to further test the anomalism at these sites, as well as the completion of the regional termite mound sampling program. Haranga Resources remains focused on exploring the significant exploration potential for additional uranium mineralisation across its permit and is also progressing exploration at its Ibel South Gold Project, aiming to define drill targets and execute a maiden drill program during the year.
