Lithium Universe Limited requests trading halt
Lithium Universe Limited (ASX: $LU7) has requested a trading halt for its shares pending an announcement regarding the results from a capital raising. The halt will continue until the earlier of the company releasing an announcement to ASX in relation to the purpose or the commencement of trading on Monday, 29th April 2024.
Company's Request for Trading Halt
The Company Secretary and Director, Vince Fayad, has requested a trading halt in respect of its shares to immediately (Trading Halt) pending an announcement regarding the results from a capital raising. The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted, nor is it aware of any other information available at this stage that is necessary to inform the market about the Trading Halt.
