DMC Mining Limited (ASX: $DMM) has announced the continuation of the suspension from quotation of its securities as per ASX Listing Rule 17.3. The suspension was initially requested by DMM on 23 January 2024 pending the release of an announcement related to a proposed recompliance transaction under Listing Rule 11.1.
ASX has exercised its discretions under Listing Rule 11.1.2 to require the proposed recompliance transaction to be conditional on approval by DMM's ordinary security holders and under Listing Rule 11.1.3 to require DMM to recomply with Chapters 1 and 2 of the Listing Rules. Consequently, DMM's securities will remain suspended until it has re-complied with Chapters 1 and 2 of the Listing Rules under Listing Rule 11.1.3 and it is otherwise appropriate for DMM's securities to be reinstated to quotation.
DMC Mining Limited (ASX: $DMM) continues to work towards recompliance with ASX Listing Rules for the reinstatement of its securities to quotation. The company's focus remains on meeting the necessary requirements and obtaining approval from its ordinary security holders. Once the recompliance is achieved, DMM aims to resume trading as appropriate under the ASX Listing Rules.
