Culpeo Minerals Limited (Culpeo) (ASX: $CPO, OTCQB:CPORF) has reported additional drill results from drillhole CMLCD014, indicating an extension of near-surface, high-grade copper mineralisation to 454m @ 0.93% CuEq at its Lana Corina Project in Chile.
Culpeo Minerals' Managing Director, Max Tuesley, expressed excitement over the latest drill results, confirming the presence of a significant high-grade breccia and porphyry hosted mineralised system at Lana Corina. The company is optimistic about rapidly defining additional high-grade copper mineralisation across its highly prospective projects, with further assay results expected at Lana Corina and more drilling planned at Vista Montana and Fortuna in the coming months.
The drill results from CMLCD014 have extended the known surface-projected footprint at Lana Corina to 600m X 400m and to a depth of 800m, remaining open in all directions. The company's ongoing exploration programs at Lana Corina, Vista Montana, and Fortuna aim to target additional extensions of mineralisation and new breccia targets.
