Li-S Energy Limited (ASX: $LIS) has been awarded a $1.7 million Industry Growth Program (IGP) Commercialisation and Growth Grant to develop Australia's first lithium foil production line. The grant, announced by The Hon. Ed Husic, Minister for Industry and Science, aims to support the development of high-quality lithium foils from lithium metal ingots for advanced battery applications.
With the support of the IGP Grant, Li-S Energy will develop a production line to produce high-quality lithium foils from lithium metal ingots.
