Cazaly Resources (ASX: $CAZ) commences drilling at lithium anomaly

Cazaly Resources (ASX:CAZ) Initiates Drilling at Kaoko Lithium Project

Cazaly Resources Limited (ASX:CAZ) has announced the commencement of drilling at the Ohevanga lithium prospect, part of the Kaoko lithium project in northern Namibia. The 1,200m reverse circulation (RC) drilling program is the initial phase of a larger staged drilling program aimed at targeting subsurface lithium mineralization across the extensive lithium geochemical anomaly. The Ohevanga lithium target, covering 120km2, was identified through broad 1 km spaced surface samples, with infill surface sampling confirming the continuity of anomalous lithium mineralization +110ppm lithium. The company interprets the mineralization to be stratiform in nature, indicating potential continuity of elevated lithium within the sedimentary units across the entire 12 km strike length of the initially defined anomaly.

Executive Commentary on Drilling Commencement

The commencement of drilling at the Ohevanga lithium prospect marks a significant step forward for Cazaly Resources. We are excited about the potential of the Kaoko lithium project and the opportunity to further explore and evaluate the lithium mineralization in this region. The initial results from the drilling program will provide valuable insights as we progress towards our goal of identifying and developing lithium resources in Namibia. We are committed to conducting our exploration activities in a responsible manner, in line with all regulatory requirements and best practices in the industry.

Summary of Cazaly Resources' Lithium Project Update

Cazaly Resources Limited (ASX:CAZ) has initiated a 1,200m reverse circulation (RC) drilling program at the Ohevanga lithium prospect, forming part of the Kaoko lithium project in northern Namibia. The company aims to target subsurface lithium mineralization across the extensive lithium geochemical anomaly, covering 120km2. The commencement of drilling activities follows the renewal of the Environmental Clearance Certificate (ECC) for exploration license EPL6667. The project benefits from excellent infrastructure in the region, with proximity to the regional capital of Opuwo and access to the Ruacana hydroelectric power station. Cazaly Resources remains optimistic about the potential for lithium mineralization at the Kaoko project and is committed to conducting exploration activities in a responsible manner. The company will continue to provide updates as the drilling program progresses, with a focus on achieving its exploration objectives and contributing to the sustainable development of lithium resources.
