Bastion Minerals Ltd (ASX:BMO) has confirmed the presence of all the original drill core at the ICE Copper Project in the Yukon Province, Western Canada. The company is currently undertaking resampling and assaying of the core to define a JORC-compliant resource for the project.
Mr Ross Landles, Executive Chairman of Bastion Minerals, expressed his enthusiasm about locating the original drill core at the ICE site, stating that it is a tremendous positive for the company. He highlighted the importance of validating the historical drill holes and reassaying core intervals to obtain gold results, which were not assayed in all original assays.
