The company is now focused on the next steps required for the development of the Adina Lithium Project, including the submission of a Preliminary Information Statement, new phase of marketing and financing discussions, completion of Renard due diligence process, optimization of the Scoping Study, and commencement of project studies targeting a Final Investment Decision in 2027. Winsome Resources holds a 100% interest in the Adina Lithium Project, including a mining lease and surface rights, and has an exclusive Call Option Agreement with Stornoway Diamonds Inc. to acquire assets or shares.
