Stelar Metals Limited (ASX:SLB) has released new high-grade copper and silver assays from the Lone Pine Prospect at Baratta. The rock chip samples returned assays up to 25% copper, with all new samples assaying over 5% copper. Additionally, the first high-grade silver assays recorded at Lone Pine reached up to 211 g/t silver with 4 of the 9 samples measuring over 2 ounces silver.
Colin Skidmore, Stelar's CEO, expressed his satisfaction with the results, stating, 'Lone Pine rock-chip results exceed the excellent results we saw at the strike-extensive Baratta Mine Area, and these are the first high-grade silver assays recorded on the project.'
Stelar Metals' announcement of high-grade copper and silver assays at the Lone Pine Prospect demonstrates promising prospects for the company. The results indicate abundant high-grade copper and silver at Lone Pine, with the geological setting displaying characteristics similar to the Central African Copper Belt, the world's second-largest copper-producing province. The company's ongoing exploration activities and the potential for sediment-hosted stratabound copper deposits position Stelar Metals for further growth and development in the critical minerals sector.
