Labyrinth Resources (ASX:LRL) has successfully raised approximately A$1.582 million from a non-renounceable entitlement offer. The offer involved issuing new shares to eligible shareholders, supporting exploration in Western Australia and Quebec, Canada.

Labyrinth Resources (ASX:LRL) completed an entitlement offer, raising A$1.582 million to fund exploration at Comet Vale and Vivien gold projects in Western Australia, and the Labyrinth Gold Project in Quebec. The offer set a share price of A$0.003, issuing over 527 million new shares with trading to commence in mid-October 2024. A shortfall of 140 million shares remains, available for allocation within three months. The board thanked shareholders for their participation, aiming to bolster exploration and operational activities.
