Praemium’s impressive Q1 FY2025 performance
Praemium (ASX:PPS) has reported a robust performance in its Q1 FY2025 update. The company saw a significant increase in its Total Australian Funds Under Administration (FUA), rising by 33% to $59.4 billion as of 30 September 2024. Additionally, Platform FUA experienced a 30% growth, reaching $29.0 billion. Praemium also introduced Spectrum, a cutting-edge IDPS platform, marking a strategic advancement in its growth trajectory.
Praemium’s strategic initiatives and future outlook
The Q1 FY2025 update from Praemium highlights substantial growth in its Total Australian Funds Under Administration, driven by strategic innovations like the Spectrum platform. With a 33% rise in FUA to $59.4 billion and a significant 30% growth in Platform FUA, the company is well-positioned for future expansion. Despite challenges with Powerwrap due to adviser transitions, new advisory group inflows and a focus on client acquisitions are expected to sustain growth. Praemium's launch of Spectrum and its increase in client organizations signal a commitment to leveraging new technologies for continued success in the competitive financial services market.
