Tower Limited has announced that CEO Blair Turnbull will step down in February 2025 following the Annual Shareholder Meeting. During his tenure, Turnbull has positioned Tower as a leading insurer in New Zealand and select Pacific markets. His focus on digital and data-driven strategies has improved customer experience and operational efficiencies. The company is now set to search for a new CEO to lead its next phase of growth. Turnbull plans to participate in an ultra-running race and spend time with family before deciding on his next career move.
