Terramin Australia (ASX:TZN) has signed an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contract for the Tala Hamza Zinc Project. The contract involves the project's operator, Western Mediterranean Zinc Spa, and Sinosteel Equipment & Engineering Co. Ltd. The deal, worth US$336 million, includes constructing a 2.0 million tonnes per annum process plant and an underground mine. Construction is expected to start in the coming weeks.
