Legacy Minerals Holdings (ASX:LGM) has commenced drilling operations at its Bauloora Au-Ag Epithermal Project in New South Wales, Australia. The necessary government approvals have been secured, and drilling is underway at the Quarry and Thunderbolt Prospects. This marks the first drilling of outcropping epithermal veins at the site, with plans to drill approximately 1,000 meters in up to four holes.
Legacy Minerals (ASX:LGM) is advancing its exploration efforts at the Bauloora Project in New South Wales, targeting low-sulphidation epithermal systems. The current drilling program is part of a $15 million joint venture with Newmont and aims to investigate undrilled veins and geochemical anomalies. The company is also progressing on other projects like Fontenoy and anticipates assay results from recent drills. Legacy Minerals continues to leverage strategic partnerships to explore significant mineral resources, aiming for growth and discovery within its diverse project portfolio.
We are excited to be testing these new Au-Ag targets with the funding support of Newmont. Initial drilling results have shown intercepts of gold, silver, and base metals, which indicate potential for further exploration.
