Peako Trading Halt Details
Peako (ASX:PKO) has announced a trading halt on its securities starting 22 November 2024. The halt will remain until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on 26 November 2024 or the release of a capital raising announcement. This is to manage the company's continuous disclosure obligations.
Peako's Strategic Outlook
Peako has announced a trading halt pending an important capital raising announcement. This decision reflects their commitment to maintain transparency and fulfill their continuous disclosure obligations. The halt will remain in place until 26 November 2024, or until the capital raising announcement is made, whichever comes first. Peako aims to ensure that all pertinent information is properly disclosed to the market. Stakeholders can expect the announcement before normal trading resumes, and further inquiries can be directed to the company secretary, Justin Mouchacca.
Executive Commentary on Trading Halt
The request for a trading halt is made in compliance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1. There is no reason why the trading halt should not be granted, and no other information is necessary for market awareness regarding this halt.
