Anax Metals (ASX:ANX) has announced significant assay results from its Evelyn Project, part of the Whim Creek Project in Western Australia. Recent diamond drilling in August 2024 revealed high-grade polymetallic intersections, confirming substantial resource potential. A notable result includes 9.7 meters at 2.65% copper equivalent, with significant silver and gold enrichment.
Anax Metals is strategically expanding its resource potential at the Evelyn Project following promising assay results. The project, part of the Whim Creek Project, shows high-grade copper, zinc, silver, and gold mineralization. Anax plans further Reverse Circulation drilling next quarter to explore down-plunge extensions and new high-priority targets. The company has completed reconnaissance and soil sampling at Evelyn South, with results pending. Anax remains committed to increasing drill density for resource conversion and further delineating potential. Through comprehensive exploration and advanced analysis, Anax aims to unlock the full potential of its Western Australian portfolio.
We are thrilled with the high-grade results from the Evelyn Project. This reinforces our confidence in the project's potential and supports our ongoing exploration efforts aimed at identifying new high-grade targets and expanding the resource base,' said Anax's Managing Director, Geoff Laing.
