Atturra (ASX:ATA) has announced the acquisition of Plan B, a New Zealand-based provider of cloud and managed services. This acquisition, through its subsidiary Cirrus Networks Holdings Pty Ltd, aims to strengthen Atturra's presence and service offerings in New Zealand.
Atturra Limited has strategically acquired Plan B to enhance its managed services and private cloud offerings in New Zealand. The acquisition involves an upfront cash consideration of NZD20.0 million, with potential additional payments based on performance targets. This move is set to expand Atturra's client base across Australia and New Zealand, leveraging Plan B's digital infrastructure and data centres. The acquisition is funded by a recent capital raise, with completion expected by December 2, 2024. This aligns with Atturra's strategy to bolster its managed services and grow its market presence in the ANZ region.
