Adisyn (ASX:AI1) Share Placement Announcement


Adisyn Ltd (ASX:AI1) has successfully raised $400,000 through a Company led placement by issuing 20,000,000 new fully paid ordinary shares at an issue price of $0.02 per share. The funds raised will be utilized to expand the Company's newly formed cybersecurity division, Adisyn Cyber, focusing on increasing sales and marketing efforts and developing new AI powered cybersecurity services. Additionally, Adisyn Cyber has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Al Nasr Technical Trading Agencies (ATTA Group) to explore the supply of IT and Cybersecurity systems in UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Oman.

The Company is pleased to have received binding commitments for the successful placement, which will enable us to further strengthen our cybersecurity division and expand our AI powered cybersecurity services.
