Overview of AF Legal Group's entitlement offer results
AF Legal Group Limited (ASX: $AFL) has successfully closed its partially underwritten, pro-rata non-renounceable entitlement offer, raising up to A$2.95 million before costs. Eligible shareholders were offered the opportunity to subscribe for one (1) new fully paid ordinary share for every four (4) existing fully paid ordinary shares held on the Record Date of 6 March 2024 at an issue price of A$0.15 per new share.
Executive commentary on the entitlement offer results
The Company is pleased to announce the successful completion of the entitlement offer, which received strong participation from eligible shareholders. We are grateful for the ongoing support and commitment demonstrated by our shareholders. The funds raised will be utilized to support our strategic initiatives and further strengthen the Company's financial position.
Summary of AF Legal Group's entitlement offer and future plans
AF Legal Group (ASX: $AFL) has raised A$2.95 million through its entitlement offer, issuing 12,660,863 new shares. The Company anticipates issuing the new shares on 26 March 2024, with normal trading expected to commence on 27 March 2024. The additional capital will contribute to the Company's growth plans and enhance its capital structure. AF Legal Group remains focused on delivering value to its shareholders and leveraging the raised funds to drive its corporate strategy forward.
