ARC Funds Limited (ASX: $ARC) has announced the opening of the ARC Share Purchase Plan (SPP) Offer, allowing eligible shareholders in Australia and New Zealand to apply for up to $30,000 of new fully paid ordinary shares in ARC without incurring brokerage or other transaction costs. The SPP follows the successful completion of a placement of approximately $865,000 before costs, and both the Placement and the SPP are being issued at a price of $0.115 per new Share.
On behalf of the directors of ARC Funds Limited, I am pleased to offer you the opportunity to participate in a share purchase plan (SPP), which allows each Eligible Shareholder to subscribe for up to $30,000 of new Shares in ARC (SPP Shares) without incurring brokerage or other transaction costs. The SPP aims to raise up to $300,000 and is not underwritten. ARC may decide to accept applications (in whole or in part) that result in the SPP raising less than $300,000, in its absolute discretion. Should any scale back be necessary, any scale back arrangements will be made on a pro rata basis to existing shareholdings as at the Record Date. The SPP Shares are being offered at the Issue Price of $0.115 per SPP Share, being the same price paid by investors under the Placement. The SPP, together with the completed Placement, will provide working capital to support ARC's existing growth strategy in the funds management industry and adjacent service offerings.
