ASX Suspension Announcement
ASX Limited (ASX: $ASX) has been suspended from quotation under Listing Rule 17.5 for not lodging the relevant periodic report by the due date. The suspension commenced on Monday, 18 March 2024. If the report is lodged between the closure of the market announcements office on Friday, 15 March 2024, and the imposition of the suspension, the entity's securities will normally be reinstated to quotation on the next trading day after the suspension is imposed.

The company regrets the oversight in not lodging the periodic report by the due date. We are actively working to rectify this situation and ensure that all necessary reports are lodged in a timely manner to comply with the ASX listing rules.
