Aura Energy Limited (ASX: $AEE) trading halt request
Aura Energy Limited (ASX: $AEE) has requested a trading halt in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1. The halt is pending a further announcement regarding a private equity placement. The securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Tuesday, 19 March 2024, or when the announcement is released to the market.

The Company has requested the trading halt in line with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, indicating that it is pending a further announcement regarding a private equity placement. The Company Secretary, Ross Kennedy, stated that the Company is not aware of any reason why this trading halt request should not be granted.
