Aurum Resources Limited (ASX: $AUE) has requested a trading halt from the ASX as it considers, plans, and executes a capital raising. The trading halt is expected to remain in place until the release of the announcement by the Company, anticipated to be no later than market pre-open on Tuesday, 6 February 2024.

The trading halt has been requested by Aurum Resources Limited for the purpose of considering, planning, and executing a capital raising. The Company anticipates releasing the announcement no later than market pre-open on Tuesday, 6 February 2024. The Company has stated that it is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted nor any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
