Ballymore Resources (ASX:$BMR) Trading Halt Request
Ballymore Resources Limited (ASX:BMR) has requested a back-to-back trading halt of its securities from ASX, effective from the commencement of trading on Thursday, 23 November 2023. The halt is expected to precede the announcement of a material financing transaction and the results of the institutional offer component of the accelerated non-renounceable entitlement offer (ANREO). The trading halt is anticipated to remain in place until the commencement of trading on Wednesday, 29 November 2023.
