Botala Energy Ltd (ASX: $BTE) has signed a binding Heads of Agreement with Amsterdam based AAAS Energy BV to develop 200 - 250MW of Solar PV capacity at Botala's Leupane Energy Hub and Industrial Park. AAAS will farm-into 50% of the Project for A$1,000,000 and be responsible for all initial development capital. The Bankable feasibility study outcomes are expected by the end of CY2024, with the decision to proceed subject to review by Botala.
