Reason for trading halt
BPH Energy Ltd (ASX: $BPH) has requested an immediate trading halt to consider, plan, and execute a capital raising. The halt is expected to remain until the announcement is released to the market or the commencement of normal trading on Tuesday, 14th May 2024.
Chairman's Request for Halt
The trading halt is necessary to assist the Company in managing its continuous disclosure obligations as the Company expects to make a material announcement to the market in relation to the stated purpose. The Company requests that the trading halt remains in place until the earlier of commencement of normal trading on Tuesday 14th May 2024, or when the announcement regarding the stated purpose is released to the market.
