BTC health (ASX: $BTC) exclusive distribution agreement with Wexler Surgical


BTC health Ltd (ASX: $BTC) has announced that its investee company, BTC Cardio Pty Ltd, has secured an exclusive distribution agreement with Wexler Surgical, Inc. The agreement grants BTC Cardio exclusive sales and distribution rights for Wexler's high-quality range of cardiothoracic, vascular, minimally invasive, and pediatric surgical instruments in Australia and New Zealand. The products, previously distributed by Advanced Biomedical, are TGA approved and will be transferred to BTC Cardio effective from 18 May 2024.

Executive Commentary on Exclusive Distribution Agreement


Dr Richard Treagus, Executive Chairman of BTC health, expressed his delight in partnering with Wexler and representing their products in the region. He emphasized that the Wexler range is a strong complementary fit with their expanding cardiothoracic product portfolio.
