Celsius Resources (ASX: $CLA) Voluntary Suspension Announcement
Celsius Resources Limited (ASX: $CLA) has requested a voluntary suspension of its securities under Listing Rule 17.2, pending the release of an ASX announcement regarding the grant of a Mining Permit by the Philippine National Government for the Company's flagship Maalinao-Caigutan-Biyog Copper-Gold Project. The voluntary suspension will be effective immediately and is expected to remain in place until the Company makes an announcement or normal trading resumes on or before Wednesday 13th March 2024.

The Company has requested the voluntary suspension to ensure that the market is informed about the pending announcement of the Mining Permit for our flagship Maalinao-Caigutan-Biyog Copper-Gold Project.
