Closure of Rights Issue
Classic Minerals Limited (ASX:CLZ) has successfully closed the Rights Issue, raising $135,735.39 out of the maximum expected amount of $2,000,000.00. The Company will proceed to issue the shares and options subscribed for by the applicants and intends to place the shortfall within the next 3 months. This announcement has been authorised by the Board.
Executive Commentary
The Company is pleased to announce the successful closure of the Rights Issue. We are grateful for the support received from our investors. The raised funds will be instrumental in advancing our corporate strategy and achieving our objectives. We remain committed to delivering value to our shareholders and look forward to the next phase of our growth.
