The project holds significant potential, supported by the region's rich mining history. To accelerate exploration, Corazon is raising up to $2.3 million through an entitlement offer, which includes new shares and options. The company plans to complete geological and resource modeling, validating historical data to guide future drilling activities. The entitlement offer, partially underwritten, will also help finalize the acquisition of the project.
