Cosmos Exploration (ASX: $C1X) Trading Halt Request
Cosmos Exploration Limited (ASX: $C1X) has requested a trading halt to facilitate the release of an announcement concerning an acquisition and a capital raising. The trading halt is expected to remain in place until the earlier of the announcement regarding the acquisition and the capital raising or the commencement of trading on Wednesday, 15 May 2024.
Executive Commentary
The Company requests a trading halt to ensure that all shareholders and the market are informed simultaneously about the upcoming acquisition and capital raising. We anticipate that the trading halt will be lifted upon the release of the announcement, and we assure our stakeholders that we are not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
