Dalaroo Metals Ltd requests trading halt for capital raising announcement
Dalaroo Metals Ltd (ASX: $DAL) has requested a trading halt on its securities, effective immediately, pending the release of an announcement regarding a capital raising. The trading halt is sought until the earlier of the expiry of the period ending on the commencement of normal trading on the second trading day following the effective date of the trading halt, being 26 June 2023, or the release by the Company of an announcement regarding the capital raising.
Company's Request for Trading Halt
The Company has requested a trading halt to facilitate the release of an announcement related to a capital raising. The trading halt will remain in place until the Company releases the announcement or until the commencement of normal trading on the second trading day following the effective date of the trading halt. The Company is committed to keeping the market informed and will provide further details as soon as possible.
