The maiden drilling program, which involved nine holes totalling 1,714.4 meters, revealed promising high-grade gold mineralization, notably in hole 24ADDD007 with 17m at 7.5g/t gold. This discovery underscores the potential of the Adzope project to host a significant gold system. Desert Metals plans to initiate further diamond drilling in the first quarter of 2025, focusing on a 3.0 km chargeable zone and the untested Beach zone. The company aims to enhance its understanding of the mineralized lodes through additional geophysics, auger sampling, and regional surveys. Desert Metals is advancing its interests in various projects across Côte d'Ivoire and Western Australia, with a strategic focus on gold, lithium, nickel, copper, and base metals.
