DRA Global's Request for Trading Halt
DRA Global Limited (ASX:DRA) has requested a trading halt in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1. The purpose of the trading halt is to make an announcement regarding an application to be removed from the Official List of the ASX. The trading of ordinary shares will be halted until the anticipated announcement is released to the market or the commencement of normal trading on Friday, 11 October 2024.
Company's Request and Anticipated Announcement
The Company Secretary, Tony Bevan, has stated that the trading halt is requested for the purpose of making an announcement regarding an application to be removed from the Official List of the ASX. The Company expects that the release of the anticipated announcement will end the trading halt. The Company has assured that it is not aware of any reason why the trading halt request should not be granted or of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
