Dynamic Group Holdings Limited (ASX: $DDB) has announced the award of a new long term gold production Drill & Blast contract to Dynamic Drill & Blast Pty Ltd, estimated to generate additional revenue of between $60m and $65m. The contract, awarded by Silver Lake Resources Limited (ASX: $SLR) in the Eastern Goldfields region of Western Australia, is anticipated to have a term of 49 months. Up to 8 blast hole drill rigs will be utilized during the project at any time, with Dynamic Group equipment and personnel currently operating on site.
This contract award helps to underpin our strategy of building a resilient and production focussed portfolio of projects, while continuing to generate opportunities to redeploy our resources to long- term engagements in areas we have strong experience within, from a commodity perspective as well as geographically. The Silver Lake project is an opportunity to improve operational efficiencies for our assets, compared with legacy projects which we have transitioned from.
