EcholQ's Request for Trading Halt

EcholQ Limited (ASX:EIQ) has requested a trading halt for its ordinary securities listed on the ASX, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1. The halt is pending an announcement related to a proposed capital raising. The securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Monday, 9 September 2024, or when the anticipated announcement is released to the market. The Company has confirmed that there is no further information it can provide regarding the request for the trading halt.

Company Secretary's Confirmation

The Company Secretary, Jessamyn Lyons, has confirmed the request for a trading halt in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1. The halt is in anticipation of an announcement related to a proposed capital raising. The Company is not aware of any reason as to why the trading halt should not be granted and has stated that there is no further information it can provide to the market regarding the request for the trading halt.
