Encounter Resources Limited (ASX: $ENR) has requested a trading halt for its securities in anticipation of releasing an announcement regarding a proposed capital raising. The company expects the trading halt to be lifted on or before market open on Friday, 5 April 2024.
Executive Commentary
We have requested the trading halt in line with Listing Rule 17.1 as we prepare to release an announcement about a proposed capital raising. We anticipate providing the announcement to ASX by the market open on Friday, 5 April 2024. We are not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted, nor of any other information relevant to this request. - Encounter Resources Limited
