Estia Health confirms implementation of scheme of arrangement

Estia Health Limited (ASX: $EHE) has confirmed the implementation of the scheme of arrangement under which Firebird BidCo Pty Ltd has acquired all of the issued shares in Estia Health. The scheme consideration of $3.08 cash per Estia Health share has been transferred to Estia Health shareholders today.

Executive Commentary on Scheme Implementation

The scheme of arrangement has been successfully implemented, and the acquisition of all Estia Health shares by Firebird BidCo Pty Ltd has been completed. We are pleased to have reached this milestone and believe that this transition will be beneficial for all stakeholders involved.

Summary of Scheme Implementation and Delisting

Estia Health has confirmed the successful implementation of the scheme of arrangement, with Firebird BidCo Pty Ltd acquiring all issued shares. Shareholders have received the scheme consideration of $3.08 cash per share. The company also intends to apply for its removal from the official list of the ASX with effect from the close of trading on Monday, 18 December 2023. The completion of this acquisition marks a significant development for Estia Health and its future direction.
