European Lithium (ASX: $EUR) announces expiry of EUROA options

European Lithium (ASX: $EUR) Options Expiry and New Options Offer
European Lithium Limited (ASX: $EUR) has announced the expiry of EUROA options exercisable at $0.075 each, due to expire on Friday, 19 April 2024. Optionholders may exercise their options by way of payment, with official quotation ceasing at the close of trading on 15 April 2024.
Executive Commentary on Options Offer
The Company is pleased to announce its intention to conduct an offer to all registered holders of EUROA Options, allowing them to apply for one (1) New Option for every one (1) EUROA Option held at an issue price of $0.005. The Directors of the Company also intend to apply for their full allocation under the Options Offer, subject to shareholder approval sought at the upcoming general meeting.

European Lithium Limited (ASX: $EUR) has announced the expiry of EUROA options and the intention to conduct an offer for registered holders to apply for New Options.
