First Lithium's Trading Halt Request
First Lithium Limited (ASX: $FL1) has requested a trading halt from the ASX effective immediately. The halt is pending an announcement regarding a material capital raising and is expected to last until the release of the announcement, no later than the commencement of trading on Tuesday, 30 April 2024.
Company's Request for Trading Halt
The Board of Directors of First Lithium Limited has authorized the request for a trading halt from the ASX in accordance with Listing Rule 17.1. The halt is in anticipation of an upcoming announcement related to a material capital raising. The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted, nor any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
