Forbidden Foods (ASX: $FFF) trading halt request details
Forbidden Foods Limited (ASX: $FFF) has requested a trading halt in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1. The trading halt is pending an announcement by the company regarding a proposed capital raising. The company has requested that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of the company releasing an announcement in relation to the capital raising or the opening of trading on Friday, 12 April 2024.

The Company Secretary, Lucy Rowe, has stated that the trading halt is requested in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, pending an announcement by the company in relation to a proposed capital raising.
