Genex Power trading halt request


Genex Power Limited (ASX: $GNX) has requested a trading halt for its ordinary shares. The trading halt is in relation to a material announcement expected regarding the non-binding, indicative, and conditional proposal received from Electric Power Development Co., Ltd. (J-POWER), as first announced on 4 March 2024. The trading halt will remain in place until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Tuesday, 16 April 2024, or when Genex makes an announcement to the market regarding the J-POWER proposal.
