Godolphin Resources trading halt request


Godolphin Resources Limited (ASX:$GRL) has requested a trading halt from ASX Limited in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1. The halt is sought for the purpose of considering and lodging a further announcement to the previous announcement made on 20 December 2023 titled 'Godolphin to Sell Lewis Ponds and Mt Bulga for $11 Million'. The trading halt is expected to remain in place until the earlier of the company making a further announcement to the market in relation to the previous announcement or the commencement of trading on Friday, 22 December 2023.

The company secretary of Godolphin Resources Limited, Mr lan Morgan, has requested the trading halt in order to consider and lodge a further announcement to the previous announcement made on 20 December 2023. The trading halt is expected to be lifted upon the company making a further announcement to the market in relation to the previous announcement or the commencement of trading on Friday, 22 December 2023.
